The Walking Dead DunBanner • Conan • 6 yr. ago The Crow by James O'Barr is brutal and is a fantastic read. The art captures the moody, brooding Gothic tone and the plot is a great example of a revenge narrative done well. Savage Sword of Conan is one of the most beautiful comic series ever created. It's worth a look for the artwork alone.

Alan Moore's Future Shocks is another good one by 2000ad. It's a compilation of the legendary writers' early short comics, some real classic stuff in there!
